Brand new, never used, still in original box. Black lacquer jewelry box with hand-etched Chokin artwork on the lid — a figure in traditional dress on a bridge with Mt. Fuji in the background. Chokin is an ancient Japanese craft of etching pure copper and gilding it with silver and gold, originally used to decorate samurai armor. The tradition is over 800 years old.
