Vintage Capitol County Mutual Fire Insurance Co. sales achievement goblet from Fort Worth, Texas.
One side features a raised corporate emblem reading:
“Capitol County Mutual
Ft. Worth, Texas
Fire Insurance Co.”
The opposite side reads:
“For Outstanding
Sales Performance”
A great piece of vintage Texas insurance, corporate advertising, salesman award, and business memorabilia.
The underside is marked “DC 6100” and “USA”, with an additional symbol/mark between the markings.
The goblet has a heavy cast-metal construction with a pewter-like appearance. Similar DC 6100 goblets have been described as pewter; however, the exact metal composition of this example has not been independently tested or verified, so no guarantee regarding metal content is made.
