Vintage Dashboard Plate - AUTODROMO di MONZA Race Circuit Dashboard Plaque Emblem Dashboard Plate - VERY RARE WHICH IS IN GREAT USED CONDITION.
A very rare piece of automotive racing memorabilia believed to be from the late 1950’s to early 1960’s. Its exact original use is unknown. The plaque face depicts a race car, a racing motor cycle and the Monza AUTODROMO emblem.

CONDITION
Overall the condition is very good.
The surface is tarnished so I’m unsure of the material, it could be steel or possibly copper, I have no intention of cleaning it to establish the base metal. The badge displays some minor surface marks here and there from use. The face looks to be clean but with some very small very light surface marks/scratches and, as stated, some staining/tarnishing. The rear is pretty much the same including a number of metal lugs which have been cut presumably in order to remove it from a vehicle.
Overall the badge/plaque is in great used condition. Any faults described above are clearly visible in the photos so please look closely.
