Offered for sale is a true vintage Simplicity sewing pattern #5149.©1972; Misses\' Shirt-Dress in Two Lengths: (Including a Tissue Lesson-Chart ... \"Tips on Top-Stitching\"). The top stitched shirt-dress with front zipper has forward shoulder seams, high round neckline, collar, long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs, patch pockets and \"criss-cross\" self fabric carriers and purchased belt. Mini length V. 1 has button trimmed front band. Ankle length V. 2 with left side slit has contrasting collar and cuffs.
Vintage size 14, for 36 inch bust. Pattern factory folded and uncut, but envelope shows wear.
