Stamped on the blade: 400C GOLD 3 STAINLESS JAPAN with the 4-circle logo. Reverse stamp: LL 78 17. Curved stainless blade with wood handle and 3 rivets. Offset-style handle common on these 1970s Japanese kitchen sets (often sold as Master Gourmet / sushi / boning / utility knives).
Used vintage condition. Handle shows wear, fading, and age. Blade has light scratches and small spots. Please see photos. No sheath.
Good collector piece or working kitchen knife for boning, trimming, and prep.
