An exceptionally rare piece of post-WWII US Naval history. This official "Plank Owner" certificate was issued to Mrs. Frieda L. Klebenoff upon the original commissioning of the Navy Ship's Store Office (NSSO) in Brooklyn, NY on September 16, 1946.
