Scarce early postwar Zippo lighter dating approximately to 1946–47.
Features the early 3-barrel hinge, 14-hole chimney, classic block-letter ZIPPO bottom stamp, and Patent 2032695 marking. Made in Bradford, Pennsylvania, USA.
This is an early collectible Zippo produced before the familiar date-code system used on later lighters.
Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition with significant age-related surface wear, scratches, discoloration/staining, finish wear, and patina throughout. Please review all photos carefully for exact cosmetic condition.
The flint wheel turns, but the lighter does NOT currently produce a spark. It has not been fueled or flame-tested. It may require a new flint, cleaning, repair, and/or other servicing. Functionality is not guaranteed and it is being sold as found.
