Anchor measures approximately 22” x 17”. Constructed of heavy metal with folding flukes/prongs, long shank, chain hardware and substantial aged rope.
Surface shows extensive oxidation, corrosion, marine encrustation, discoloration and wear throughout. Rope is heavily weathered with staining and fraying.
Estimated era: circa 1940s–1960s based on its traditional folding grapnel construction, fabricated steel components and period marine hardware.
