This is a beautiful pair of vintage lamps by Accurate Casting Company. They both work. One lamp has a small area where in the inside paint has peeled, it looks like a small hole in the glass BUT it's not. The lamp is NOT broken, it's inside peeling. The same lamp has a piece of its foot missing (as my pictures show) Regardless, this is a beautiful set of vintage lamps circa 1940s-1970s.

Accurate Casting Company. They were a prolific manufacturer of lamps and lighting components, primarily operating in the Mid-20th Century (Mid-Century Modern, Hollywood Regency, and Traditional styles).
These lamps likely date from the 1940s through the 1970s. The elaborate Rococo/Neo-Classical base with the cherub figures, combined with the "ginger jar" shape and the style of the paint, suggests they fit well within the Hollywood Regency or Traditional styles that were popular during that era.They are often referred to as Ginger Jar lamps due to the shape of the ceramic or glass body, and they incorporate decorative cast metal work, often with a Rococo or Cherub/Putti motif.
It is highly likely that the floral design is original to the lamp. Accurate Casting Company manufactured many lamps with hand-painted or printed floral designs on glass and milk glass, often in a "Gone With The Wind" (GWTW) hurricane lamp style, or on ginger jar bases like these
The crackled appearance on the yellow/cream body (visible in my close-up photos is likely an intentional finish, often called a "craquelure" or crackle glass/paint finish, which was popular on vintage lamps to give them an antique appearance.
Base: Ornate cast metal base, likely a silver-toned metal (possibly spelter or pot metal alloy) with a Rococo style.
Cherubs: The central column features a group of cherubs (or putti), which is a common and desirable motif in Hollywood Regency and Victorian-revival lamps from this period.Please view all my pictures for the best description.
