I believe she was his best Companion, and mother of seven of his children; Madame de Montespan,
When she left the Kings company, she went to live in a Convent, hence the crosses.
She loved flowers in the gardens, especially the Pink roses.
These people were real and not fairy tales written in books.
I dont know about historical likeness of the figurines, but they leave the impression of French Royalty.
