This is a genuine hand-polished specimen of authentic Dallasite sourced directly from Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Dallasite is a unique pillow breccia native to the region, featuring a striking high-contrast matrix of deep green epidote and altered basalt set against bright white quartz. The top dome of this substantial piece has been polished by hand to a smooth finish that brings out the vibrant mineral patterns, while the basalt base has been intentionally left in its natural rough state to allow it to sit flat as a self-standing desk or shelf display.
