This is a lovely vintage pre-owned personalized birth record/baby rattle/teething ring. It is made by Webster in the USA from sterling silver (marked Sterling WEB on rear of rattle & WEB Sterling on "belt" hanging portion on teething ring. The teething ring section is blue pearlized Lucite.

Entire piece measures approx. 3 inches in length. Blue Lucite section is approx. 1.75 inches round & sterling rattle from top of "belt" to bottom of rattle is approx. 1.75 inches x 1 inch in width.
Item weighs 13.3g (includes sterling & Lucite). Have added a photo of it next to a quarter to give an idea of size/scale. Quarter is not included.
Good/vintage/used condition. Some light scratching due to age/use. Item is personalized with detailed birth record of individual.
