VTG Packard Bell 532 Stationized AM Vacuum Tube Analog Clock Radio Pink 50s READ For Sale

This is a beautifully preserved 1954 Packard Bell Model 532 \"Stationized\" AM tube clock radio. Molded in a rare, vibrant pastel pink molded Plaskon plastic cabinet, it features a split-screen face layout: an analog alarm clock on the left driven by a genuine Telechron synchronous motor movement and a unique dial on the right custom printed with regional West Coast radio station call letters like KSL, KFI and KDYL. Controlled by three primary dial knobs, the tone, volume and tuning, this MCM collectible perfectly captures post-WWII atomic era home styling. It takes a few seconds to warm up and the light comes on and the clock works. There is sound but it does not pick up any stations and adjusting the volume knob does not change the volume. Would probably need some of the tubes replaced. There is a small crack on the top (see pic), some marks on the plastic, and the back is very dusty and could be cleaned. The pretty pink color and nostalgia of this 50\'s vintage clock is a great reminder of the good old days.
