Up for sale is a very rare, authentic vintage silver-plated architectural coin bank from Neiman Marcus. Designed in the grand style of a classical financial institution or stock exchange building, this heavy desk accessory features a top coin slot and is beautifully flanked by detailed, sculpted figures of the iconic Wall Street Bull and Bear. This is a beautiful statement piece for an executive office, study, or library, making it an exceptional holiday or promotion gift for a stockbroker, financial advisor, day trader, investor, or interior designer.Condition & Visual Details:
• Body: Very good vintage condition with a gorgeous silver-plated luster. It shows beautiful structural detailing on the pillars, roofline, and animal figures. May exhibit very light, age-appropriate surface patina or minor tarnish, which can easily be polished if a bright mirror finish is preferred.Very reflective as you can see, and I haven’t polished it. There are a couple of scratches on the building roof by the bear and some small scratches just under the roof on the back side where it may have set against a desk, wall or bookcase. They do not detract from its beauty and sheen. Size About 7 x 4.5 x 3 and is heavy. Could easily also be a paperweight.
• Base Protection: Features the original black velvet protective lining on the bottom to safeguard your desk or shelves from scratching.
• Authenticity Marks: The base retains
Lits original official paper Neiman Marcus store label displaying the department retail SKU: 0154 3008.
• Matching Inventory Details: In addition to the paper label, the matching stock numbers (0154 3008) are handwritten directly on the velvet base in vintage silver grease pencil from the original department store retail processing.• Coin Plug: Includes the original, fully functional metal twist-key plug intact on the bottom. Please review all photos closely to see the excellent condition of the silver plate and the matching verification marks on the base.
