VTG MCM Waterfall Chandelier Hanging Lights 45" tall 32" wide Brass? 24 light For Sale

VTG MCM Waterfall Chandelier Hanging Lights 45" tall 32" wide. Not sure, but appears to be brass. 24 Lights - bulbs are not included.

Hard wire chandelier, needs to be rewired. The screws and bands have some surface rusting to them (see pictures) and some of the post need to be bent back into shape. It will be partially disassembled for shipping due to it's size. It looks like it may be missing 1 smaller ring, but not noticeable. Prisms are not included. 1 of the larger rings has a bend in it.
