Vintage CUTCO "Spirit Of Discovery" knife and plaque. Original work of art, created in a strictly limited edition. Commemorating the 500th anniversary of the discovery of America, this knife is part of an edition of no more than 2500, Serial No. 0233.This was my Uncles, who collected all the CUTCO knives. He never used it, it is new, but I could not find the box it may have came in. There is the wooden plaque in the picture along with the beautiful white pearl handled knife. I do have pictured the two ends of the back of the plaque. I do not know what happened on there. It looks like TO ME that the first layer coating came off in those areas.
Smoke and cat free home. Nine pound Chihuahua friendly home. She is pure white, she does not come into my office, but that doesn't mean I do not have her hair somewhere on me. Although, I try to present the product as accurately as possible, the lighting may affect the overall look of the item by appearing lighter/darker or possibly a different hue than the actual item.
