This is a beautiful lithographed tin that tells the story of "Hiawatha's Wedding Journey" with the cover scene at the falls.
8 separate scenes in each octagonal panel on the sides tell the story with beautiful scenes and descriptions.
Each panel is separated by images of arrows and peace pipes. The cover border is decorated with native symbols and designs.
The red handle folds up or down with angles that match the tin shape.
Measures approximately 10" Diameter, 3-1/2" Tall
This tin is in near mint condition for its age (about 100 years), still vivid colors, very minimal wear, scratches or dents.
