Original pre-WWII antique 1920s-1930s Winchester 3-Blade Office Pen Knife, model number 031. This is a genuine early piece of American cutlery manufactured at the New Haven, Connecticut factory before operations permanently ceased during WWII. This model features original swirled yellow composition celluloid handle scales and a classic brass liner frame with steel pins. PLEASE NOTE: This antique knife is being sold as-is for parts, repair, or restoration. There is a common horizontal age/shrinkage crack on the front handle scale extending from the right pin to the edge. The steel displays heavy age-appropriate carbon pitting and oxidation throughout.
