This exquisite porcelain figurine depicts a regal Asian male, crafted by the renowned artist Kathi Urbach. This figurine was created by KATHI URBACH around 1948. There is not a lot known about her. She was an American artist who started out making one of a kind figurines of wire and cloth figures which she covered with ceramic slip and painted. Then for about 4 years she did figurines for UCAGCO and Coldport. URBACH figurines were sold in upscale boutiques and department stores and are now highly collectible.
