Our family and some in our extended families have downsized and committed to part with a lot of stuff from our pet-free, non-smoking homes. Generally, I ship via USPS but occasionally use other carriers. All items shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx will be deemed as duly processed once delivered to the respective carrier and delivery times may vary and are outside of my control. I will NOT issue refunds for damaged items if the original packaging and packing material is not retained for insurance claims. I have no problems adding delivery confirmation, tracking information, insurance and/or shipping a different way as long as you let me know ahead of time and agree to cover any extra costs.
