This is a unique vintage German plaque wax wall art in relief. This plaque measures approx. 12 1/2" by 16" and shows The Village Politicians (Die Dorfpolitiker). There are some small or tiny flakes to the old wax surface here and there. It could use a proper cleaning of age accumulated dust residue.
