The Unit: The 436th Communications Squadron is the backbone of the \"Eagle Wing\" at Dover AFB. They are responsible for managing all the cyber systems, radar, critical flight-line communications, and base network infrastructure that allows massive global airlift missions to operate out of Dover. The \"Shirt\": Master Sergeant Charles Richard \"Rich\" Naylor Jr. served as the First Sergeant specifically for this squadron around 2006. In the Air Force, the First Sergeant is responsible for the health, morale, and welfare of the enlisted force within the unit. The Coin\'s Legacy: First Sergeant Naylor had this custom gold-plated \"Shit Hot\" diamond token minted to immediately recognize any airman, technician, or specialist in the 436 CS who showed elite excellence under his watch.I received this coin for organizing a base-wide volleyball tournament between junior and senior enlisted personnel. I was an A1C and the dorm council president at the time. The coin weighs about 2oz. It is time to downsize and I\'m hoping to find a good home for it!
