Pokémon Trading Card - Typhlosion EX
Welcome! This listing is designed to make buying vintage and older Pokémon cards as simple and transparent as possible.I stock cards from the 1999 era onwards, including sets such as Base Set, Jungle, Fossil, Team Rocket, Gym Heroes,Gym Challenge, Neo Revelation, e-Series and many more.
Every card is individually checked and assigned a condition based on the actual card being sold. Please read the condition guide below carefully before purchasing.
Card Preparation & Presentation
Where possible, cards have been carefully cleaned of removable surface dirt, marks and black spotting before being listed. This applies even to lower-condition cards, so a heavily played card may still be somewhat clean despite having significant genuineplay wear but if there are dirt defects in the listed images they will not be removed post sale i do it before scanning cards.
Cards that arrived warped have also been carefully flattened where possible but can\'t be done fully in a lot of cases typically the worse condition card the harder this is. Cards should therefore arrive typically with minimal warping on the best conditions and sometimes none depends on card age.
Please note that cleaning or flattening does not remove genuine wear such as scratches, whitening, creases, dents, edge wear or exposed cardstock. These defects are taken into account when assigning the condition.
Condition Grading Guide
NM - Near Mint
Typically has an excellent or near-perfect front surface with no damage or only very minor imperfections.Holo cards may have no scratching or only very light isolated scratches visible under certain lighting. The reverse will normally have only very minor whitening or edge wear in isolated areas.Occasionally, a card may instead have an exceptionally clean reverse with a small amount of minor front-surface wear.
LP - Light Play
Usually retains a very clean overall appearance and may look close to Near Mint at first glance.Expect slightly more edge or border wear, minor whitening on the reverse, small isolated surface marks, light scratches or very minor front-edge wear.Holofoil cards may show some light scratching when viewed under direct light.
LMP - Light/Moderate Play
Used for cards that sit between Light Play and Moderate Play. These cards often have some areas that remain very clean while other isolated areas show more noticeable wear.Possible defects include visible holofoil scratching, increased front or reverse edge wear, surface scratches, small areas of exposed foil or cardstock, and isolated marks.
Cards graded LMP will not have significant creasing. On some e-Series and reverse-holo cards there may also be cloudy, smudged or fingerprint-like surface wear caused bythe nature of the foil finish. These defects may only become visible from particular angles or under direct lighting.
MP - Moderate Play
Shows clearly visible play wear. This may include noticeable reverse whitening, scratches, edge and border wear, holofoil scratching, small areas of exposed cardstock or foil, corner wear, dents or small isolated creases. Some cards may have slight remaining curvature or warping.Very occasionally there may also be a small pen or ink mark.
MHP - Moderate/Heavy Play
Used for cards that have more extensive wear than Moderate Play but do not meet my threshold for Heavy Play.Expect obvious damage on both the front and reverse, potentially including substantial scratching, border wear, whitening, creasing, corner wear, exposed cardstock or foil and other visible play damage.
Despite the heavier wear, these cards should still be reasonably clean, should have little to no significant warping, and should not have large amounts of dirt or black surface spotting.Very occasionally there may be a pen or ink mark.
HP - Heavy Play
These are normally the lowest-condition cards I offer. Please purchase HP cards expecting a card that has been heavily played and has substantial visible damage.
Possible defects include extensive front and reverse scratching, heavy whitening and border wear, significant holofoil scratching, exposed cardstock or foil, multiple creases, damaged corners, surface dents and occasionally pen or ink marks.
However, I still apply a minimum standard to Heavy Play cards.I generally do not list cards with major missing sections, extreme structural damage, severe uncontrolled warping, large filthy areas or damage that makes the card unsuitable for normal collection or binder storage.
Important Condition Information
Condition grades describe the overall condition of the individual card and do not guarantee that every example withinthe same grade will have identical defects. One LP card may have slightly more reverse whitening while another may have a cleaner reverse but slightly morefront-surface scratching.
Please inspect all listing photographs carefully. The photographs form part of the condition description and are the best way to see the exact card you will receive.Foil scratches, surface marks and certain defects can sometimes be difficult to capture in photographs because theyonly become visible under specific lighting or viewing angles.
Packaging & Delivery
Every card is supplied with a free Ultra PRO sleeve and is securely packaged inside acardboard hardback envelope to provide strong protection during delivery.
