At one point in time, I intended to give the deck away to business associates as a gift. However, I have now decided. I will make the deck of playing cards available for purchase in my store.

The deck of playing cards consists of 55 playing cards. Each playing card bears Finnish style indicia (markings). Accordingly, the 55 playing cards consists of 13 ranks (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12, and 13) of each of the four French suits (Spades, Hearts, Clubs, and Diamonds) plus two jokers.An additional card is included. The additional card includes information on how to score a game of bridge. The additional card may be used as a third joker.See photos.

The playing cards are plastic coated andbarrel shaped. The size is 83 x 56 mm.The ace of diamonds does not bear a stamp. The backs show Turku castle, one of the largest surviving medieval buildings in Finland. The face cards feature images of royalty belonging to the Vaasa family and the images are based on portraits. The portraits are on display in the castle. The cards were designed by Turku Kivipaino in the 1930s.

The deck of playing cards is contained in a box. The box and the playing cards are in good condition.
