The product is a back striker matchbook cover from The Brooklyn Dodger Sports Bar & Restaurant - 7509 Third Avenue, Brooklyn, NY - Phone #[phone removed by ].
This is a Back Striker Cover, which means that the striker was on the back. It is a 20-Strike, as there were 20 matches in it, the perfect number for a pack of cigarettes.
The matchbook cover likely features the logo related to the establishment, serving as a nostalgic reminder of past businesses or a unique piece of memorabilia for collectors interested in NYC Items, The Brooklyn Dodgers or paper items.
This is from my own personal collection that I started back in the 1970's. It has been stored away to try to keep it as "New" as it was when I first got it.
This will be packaged securely to prevent any damage in shipping - I will even include the "Display Case" for it.
