TERRY-TOONS 41 timely comics 1946 4th appearance MIGHTY MOUSE 1st print golden age funny animal superhero.

Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the cover and some pages are detached it has discoloration some of the pages are coming apart on the spine it has flaking around the edges and corners the spine is split a third of the way it has a musty smell and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fr out of 10 condition the only reason I\'m calling this a fair is because it is complete and still readable albeit barely since it\'s flaking. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective. While we accept returns we do not accept returns for defects that are listed in the description or clearly visible in the pictures regardless of how big or small they are. It is your responsibility as a customer to review any information or pictures given before purchase. The grading is only our opinion and we are not responsible if you choose to have it professionally graded after it leaves our possession or interprit the grading scale differently.  We conform to the Overstreet grading guide standards as they have been the gold standard for more than 50 years in the comics industry and are more strict and accurate than most professional graders as they base their grading off of overstreets original grading system. #####add 3 items to your shopping cart and get 5$ off each when you pay for them as one order ##OFFER DOES NOT INCLUDE BEST OFFERS### also as now requires us to click a button that says condition and it auto applies information to our listings the information on the \"condition\" section should be ignored as it does not conform to comic book grading standards and is only included because requires it even though it is extremely inaccurate!
