Here\'s a very rare example of Shenango china. This plate depicts a variety of designs on one plate ... this would have served as a salesman\'s or showroom sample to show how designs appeared on the finished product.
There are just a handful of similar plates - most are in private or institutional collections.
It measures 11 3/4\" in diameter and is in superb condition, with no chips or cracks. There are a few manufacturing flaws in the glaze finish. There are just a few scratches on the surface of the plate.
