Petersen in April 1967.at Richard J. Smith Automotive Steam Systems in Midway City, California.It was shown at Greensboro, N.C and Laguna Beach, California in 1967.The author and builder Richard J. Smith includes the right to build one vehicle to each purchaser of this instruction manual, while reserving the copyrights.The present manual counts 37 pages, the numbering system having subsets of the same page number in for example10, 10A etc.By all appearance the set of loose pages seems to be complete.Well ahead of tgheir time Smith and Petersen mad a valiant effort to curb emission at a time, whenthe seriousness of pollution had just come into focus.
