Vintage English porcelain lidded relish or condiment dish featuring the clipper ship “Sovereign of the Seas” on the lid, with “St James’s” printed above the ship.
The underside is marked J&G Hackney & Co. Ltd., English Porcelain, Staffordshire.
Pre-owned vintage condition with general age-related wear. There are two chips along the lower edge of the base, both shown clearly in the photos. Aside from those chips, I do not see any other major damage or repairs. The lid displays nicely and the nautical transfer remains colorful and attractive.
