Charming hand-painted porcelain scene featuring Tabitha Twitchit with a kitten, complete with the little chair, bowl and detailed raised base. The front is marked Tabitha Twitchit – Beatrix Potter, and the original Schmid hang tag is still attached.
Bottom is marked “The Roly-Poly Pudding” by Beatrix Potter, F. Warne & Co., New York & London, with Schmid No. 2019 Japan label. This model plays “It’s a Small World.”
Measures approximately 6¾–7 inches tall. Replacements also records this model at 6¾”.
