Precautions for S/S Tumbler Use
1. While this tumbler offers better insulation (hot and cold retention) than a mug without a lid, it is not a fully sealed vacuum flask and will not maintain hot or cold temperatures for more than an hour.
2. Do not overfill with beverages. Hot beverages may leak and cause burns.
3. Do not store carbonated or fermented beverages/foods. The build-up of internal pressure may prevent the stopper from closing or cause it to pop off forcefully, resulting in injury.
4. If the tumbler contains a hot beverage, keep it out of reach of young children.
5. Please be careful as the beverage you are drinking may be very hot. Exchanges or refunds are not available for products damaged during use (if exchanged due to a manufacturing defect and the identical product is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar product).
6. Always check that the lid is securely closed before drinking.
7. When opening and closing the lid, make sure to hold the middle section of the tumbler. (If the tumbler has a handle, do not hold the handle while opening or closing the lid. Applying excessive force to the handle may cause damage.)
8. The stopper on the lid serves to prevent spills if the tumbler tips over. Since it does not completely prevent leaks, do not place a filled tumbler inside a bag (doing so may cause leakage and wet the inside of your bag).
9. When closing the lid with a hot beverage inside, open the flip top first, secure the lid, and then press the flip closed to prevent internal expansion caused by heat and air.
10. Before use, open the lid stopper and clean thoroughly with detergent.
11. Hand wash only. When drying, place the tumbler upside down.
12. Do not place in a microwave, freezer, or dishwasher.
13. Do not use bleach or chlorine-containing detergents.
14. Beverages may leak through the stopper on the lid, so always check that the lid is securely fastened before drinking.
15. The lid is custom-made for the purchased tumbler and may not fit other tumblers.
16. Strong impacts (such as dropping during use) may cause breakage or dents.
17. For exchanges or refunds, if a complimentary beverage coupon was provided, please bring both the coupon and your receipt.
18. Cold cups are intended for "iced beverages only." Using them for hot beverages poses a risk of burns, so please use them exclusively for cold drinks.
