This oil is one of my favorite oils that I have ever developed. It\'s equally nice as a fragrance and as a working oil for magical practice. I wear it as a perfume almosteveryday, and often use it in ritual work. Whenpeople ask what I\'m wearing, I alwaystell them it\'s a secret!
Salem 1692 is a stronglyscented oil that can be used for dressing candles, consecration of altar tools, and it\'s also used as a personal fragrance. The scent is quite strong. It\'s a heady blend of spicy ingredients such as tobacco, high-qualityapothecary-blendedmusk, and essential oils of different spices, in a deep amber color. I also add a pinch of black witch\'s salt for protection, cinnamon for power, and frankincense tears for raising your energy.
But why name an oil after one of the most unfathomable tragedies in history? It\'s simple: try as they might, theycould not destroy natural, earth-centered traditions, nor all of the people who practiced them. This oil celebrates the rich, esoteric nature of being a witch, and the enduring power of witchcraft.
