Rustic Woven Splint Basket with Bentwood Handle For Sale

Bring a little old-fashioned country charm into your home with this beautifully weathered woven splint basket, featuring a broad bentwood carrying handle, traditional basketweave construction, and a naturally aged warm brown finish.

Reminiscent of traditional American cathead-style gathering baskets, this charming piece celebrates the craftsmanship and simplicity of earlier generations.

Once commonly used for gathering produce, collecting household essentials, and everyday farm life, baskets of this style have found a new purpose in today’s thoughtfully curated homes.

Beautiful Ways to Style It:

• Autumn: Fill with decorative pumpkins, dried hydrangeas, eucalyptus, and warm fall greenery.

• Christmas: Add faux evergreen branches, pinecones, and a soft ivory ribbon.

• Spring: Display with faux florals, greenery, or decorative eggs.

• Everyday Cottage Décor: Arrange with folded linen towels, greenery, or other lightweight decorative accents.

Its rustic texture and warm wood tones complement primitive farmhouse, country cottage, Americana, and Nancy Meyers-inspired interiors.
