Ronson Firebronze Lighter Flints
These flints are specifically designed for use in vintage lighters because they are ultra-soft and make huge showers of sparks and don’t leave behind much dust to gum up the wheel! So why wouldn’t we want to use these in our brand new lighters too right? I mean these things work amazing - better than any flint I’ve ever used by far. And the cool thing is it barely takes a half flick to light so these actually last longer too. The coating they have is also a nice benefit - they last indefinitely stored in the included dispenser and no degrading in lighter fluid if you store an extra in your felt pad (the tiny hole in the middle is what’s for in case you didn’t already know that).
These quickly earned their place in my build because like every component I carry, it’s only the best. And my triple-cut flint wheel barely shaves off tiny particles at a time.
