Restored Ingraham Mantle Clock Movement Cleaned and Serviced w/key, pend For Sale

This Ingraham movement includes the hands, pendulum, and key. It has been timed correctly to match the pendulum supplied.

This movement is dated 8/1922.

This isan original 8-day Ingraham clock movement with pendulum, anda key. This movement is a front mount and would have been used in a Black orTambour shelf / mantle clock. This movement has the fast / slow adjustment by the number 12. This movement will not work in a GingerbreadShelf clock. This movement has beentaken apart, repairs made as needed, and ultrasonically cleaned. Both mainsprings have been replaced with quality, new springs. This also has a newsuspension spring. Running great.

Thefollowing measurements were taken “Center to Center”

Distancebetween 2 winding holes is 3 1/8".

Distancebetween winding hole and center is 2".

Length of winding arbors is; 1 1/8".

Note the 4 mounting tabs are curved out toward the front. Ingraham made movements with this type of mounting tabs and another version with flat tabs that do not curve outward like this one.

Distancebetween center and fast/slow adjustment is 2 1/4". (Note the fast / slow adjustment is by the number 12 and not a thumbwheel adjustment found on many Ingraham clocks.)

IMPORTANT:Hand shaft length is 1 1/2”. This is the distance from front of movement brassplate to tip of hand shaft. Please check this measurement as different Ingrahammovements had different hand shaft lengths. Depending on the clock, this measurementcan be different depending on the thickness of the wood dial plate and whetherthe dial has a convex/flat dial or convex/flat glass.

Distancefrom hand shaft to bottom of pendulum is 5 1/8”.
