The Minton H4925 Yellow with Gold Scalloped Edge Service for 12 is a vintage Bone China set manufactured in 1939 in the United Kingdom. This elegant set includes 86 pieces with a round shape and a floral Victorian design hand-painted in a vibrant cream color with gold accents. Made for and sold by Henry Birks & Sons Ltd (famous jewelers in Toronto, Canada) this set is an example of high end English China. The scalloped edge is highlighted with a gold rim and with the light cream waved surface make for a stunning dinning experience.The pattern was produced by Minton starting in 1938 but was discontinued shortly thereafter. There are other color versions but this set is extremely rare due to the short time it was manufactured.
