He was a medical officer in the US Navy and served in the Army as well as a Major. There was a lot of military items and books from the 70's, 80's and forward, but no records.

  The apparent 2e REP, 2e REI, and 4e RE identifiers are presented based on the visible insignia. Kept together having in closet and very well cared for. This group of uniforms and patches meant something to the owner and family.
