All of our bags come straight from a distributor who removes the bags before they are sent to bars, restaurants and liquor stores. They are considered used but are in pristine like new condition.
We ship daily at 2:30 PM central time. All orders paid for before that time are generally shipped the same day. All others are shipped the next day
We don’t generally accept returns but know that there are times we may have missed something either in our description or inspection.
