This is a mint & 100% authentic 2nd term Barack Obama Challenge coin produced in 2013. These coins known as “The Oval Eagle” are actually incredibly hard to come by. There are many fakes but the authentic versions are never “serialized” with numbers. These coins were generally used as presentation coins in the Oval Office (as President Obama continued to use his round version while traveling) which makes them less widely distributed.
