Rare 5x Multi Ant Baltic Amber Fossil - Five Ants Trapped Together - Display Box For Sale

Up for sale is an absolutely incredible piece of genuine Baltic amber from my collection. It weighs about 1 gram and features a remarkable faunal association. If you collect fossil inclusions, you know that ants are highly sought after, but finding a piece with a whole colony cluster trapped together is a total rarity. This organic freeform nugget contains five (5) distinct prehistoric ants frozen in time. Also, if you look closely at the white ant, it has a cool 'ghostly' white coating around it. This is totally normal and happens when moisture from the bug reacted with the sticky tree sap 40 million years ago. Experienced collectors actually look for this milky effect because it’s basically an organic fingerprint that proves the fossil is 100% genuine and not some cheap plastic fake.
