The Catch: Showcases a trophy 51-inch Musky suspended from a rustic wooden gazebo. The Stats: Professionally hand-lettered in white: \"34 ½ LBS. 51 INCHES. KOERNER\'S SPIDER LAKE RESORT, MANITOWISH, WIS.\" The Setting: Visible in the background are the resort\'s manicured grounds and a classic screened-in lodge.Reverse Side Details (The History):This card serves as an exceptional personal account of a legendary Great Depression-era fishing trip. The Message: Dated \"8/15-33\" (August 15, 1933), the sender writes to Miss E. Lachman in Milwaukee, WI: \"Dear Em:- This is a fair example of what they bring in at the resort. Having lovely weather. Love, Lydia & els.\" Postmark: Boldly stamped \"MANITOWISH, WIS. AUG 16 1933\" with a circular machine cancellation. Stamp: Original green 1-cent Benjamin Franklin definitive stamp.
