RPPC Fort Myers Florida Dr Cooper Home on Linhart Avenue Real Photo Postcard For Sale

This real photo postcard is hand dated 1925, and the information on the front allowed me to find the location. It says "Linhart Ave, Dr. (?) S. Cooper. With the help of my online friends, we were able to determine that this was the part-time home of Dr Thomas Spencer Cooper and his family in Fort Myers FL, at 312 Linhart Ave. I walked around on Google maps and it doesn't appear this address exists anymore. Information was found through census records and on Find a Grave. Dr. Cooper's wife was Effie Cooper. Enjoy!
