The car has large spoked wheels, sweeping curved fenders, twin headlamps, a framed windshield, and a front license plate bearing the number 363307. A dog stands in the road near the front of the car, and houses, a barn, bare trees, and a utility pole line the background. Unused and unposted with a clean back, printed on AZO real photo paper with a stamp box dating the card to about 1918–1930.
