RETIRED 2004 Lemax Spooky Town Witch's Lair ANIMATED WITH MUSIC & LIGHTS VIDEO For Sale

This is a Lemax “Witch’s Lair” collectible Halloween house. Part of the Spooky Town retired series. Overall it is in nearly perfect condition. It’s been out of the box twice-once for display and once for photos. The only thing you might question would be the excess caulking on the area where the witch pops up, but nothing is broken and it was that way when I purchased it. There are no broken, chipped or missing pieces and the moving parts and sound are perfect. I do my best to describe things accurately as possible but it is being sold “as is” per the description. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns and check my other listings as I am downsizing.
