RARE Vaseline Stourbridge English Glass Vase Ruby Red Rim Applied Webb Walsh For Sale

This is a Victorian art glass vase, likely made in the Stourbridge area of England attributed to Thomas Webb around the late 19th century (c. 1890–1900).

The unusual body, a vaseline/uranium body with an applied deep ruby-red scalloped top rim. The design is a hand-etched floral and fern-like botanical pattern circling the bulbous body. It has clear applied glass feet, two of which have nibbles and delicate applied clear rigaree around the neck.

This is a beauty! It’s approximately 6 1/2 inches tall and is in great condition.
