RARE Magnolia Gold Floral Picture Frame Beveled Glass - Holds 3.5\" x 5\" Photo
A striking Magnolia Picture Frame crafted from a single, thick beveled glass panelcrowned with a sculptural matte gold floral mount in textured resin. This distinctive boutique style of decorative frame was produced for luxury gift galleries in the late 1980s through early 1990s when designers favored architectural glass, brass hardware, and ormolu-inspired floral ornamentation to create objects that function as décor as much as photo display.
The magnolia blossom and bud cluster is deeply dimensional featuring layered petals, veined leaves, and hand-set rhinestones that catch light beautifully against the clarity and weight of the beveled glass. The result is a piece that reads like tabletop sculpture even without a photograph.
Rather than a traditional back, the photo bezel is secured by a removable two-piece brass rodallowing the glass panel to present as a floating architectural plane. Frame designed to hold a rectangular 3.5\"W x 5\"H photo.
Condition:Good vintage condition. All rhinestones are present and secure. Brass components show light surface wear consistent with age & use. Displays beautifully and reads as a luxury decorative object. Please note: small edge chips are present along the top edge of the glass panel (shown in close-up photos). These do not affect stability and are not visible when displayed from the front.
