RARE Los Angeles City Recycling Mini Bin/Desktop Pen Holder *READ DESCRIPTION* For Sale

Rare mini bin from the City of Los Angeles. These were the first mini bins they produced and handed out nearly 20 years ago. This one has had some use and playtime, hence the scuffs around the body of the container and dog bite damage around the handles at the top. Please take into consideration before purchasing.
