These were part of Klein’s unusual Hi-Viz / GLW glow-in-the-dark tool line. The handles charge when exposed to sunlight or artificial light and were designed to remain visible in dark working environments.

Klein Tools now identifies all three catalog numbers as no longer in production, making this a particularly interesting group for the Klein collector, electrician-tool collector, or someone assembling a discontinued Klein Hi-Viz collection.
