Rare vintage souvenir purchased in Poland from the 1970s or 1980s. Never opened. Made of heavy paper board with glossy tops. Dimensions: 3.75 inches square with rounded edges. One end has the plastic open but part of the country’s seal is still intact over that. One round seal is bent. See photos.
Scenes were painted by Giovanni Antonio Canal, who was nicknamed the painter of Warsaw. Scenes include: Krasinski Square and Palace; Wilanow Palace; Krakowskie Przedmiescie St; View from Terrace of Royal Palace; General View from Prague Side; and Krskowskie Przedmiescie St. Scenes on one side are sepia toned, other side is color.
