In great shape with some normal signs of use. There are a few defects in the pattern as pictured where a small piece here and there have worn off, but overall is intact and in nice condition. The inside of the bowl has what looks like some stir marks, and the lid has a small piece of discoloration on the handle section on once side. All considered, it's about as nice as can be expected for the age.
This is the Penn Dutch pattern from the Pyrex Friendship family, released back in 1971 and inspired by Pennsylvania Dutch hex signs. The red and golden orange birds and flowers are packed in tight across the bowl and its matching opal lid, giving it a busier, more detailed look than the standard Friendship pattern that came later. This design only had a short promotional run and was limited to one piece, a 2.5 quart round Cinderella casserole that came bundled with a decorated opal lid and a matching ceramic under plate. This set includes all three original pieces, the casserole, the lid, and the under plate, which makes it a nice complete find. This pattern never made it into full retail production.
This is going to be for local pickup only since I really do not want to risk damage in shipping on something like this, with so few of them on the market.
